We aim to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. Since our products include wooden doors and pre-owned items, please review the policy carefully.
1. Returns (Within 2 Days Only)
You may return an item within 2 days of receiving it, provided that:

The product is in the same condition as received.

No damage, misuse, or new defects were caused after delivery.

Proof of purchase is provided.
If the item is damaged or altered by the customer, a return will not be accepted.
Both custom-made and non-custom items can be returned only if they meet the condition requirements above.
Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return.
2. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Delivery fees are not refunded.
If delays occur, please check with your bank or card issuer as processing times may vary.
3. Exchanges / Repairs
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.
